ItemMap helps users organize categories, items, relationships, and mind maps. This policy explains how ItemMap handles information when you use the web or iOS app.
Information we process
- Account information, such as your email address, display name, user ID, and sign-in provider.
- Content you create, including categories, items, descriptions, relationships, and mind maps.
- Subscription and purchase status required to provide paid features. ItemMap does not receive your full payment-card details.
- Limited technical and security information needed to operate, protect, and troubleshoot the service.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, store and synchronize user content, provide requested features, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, maintain security, and respond to support requests.
Service providers
ItemMap may use Supabase for authentication and data storage, Apple and Google for sign-in, Apple for in-app purchases, Stripe for eligible web payments, and Vercel or Cloudflare for hosting and delivery. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Sharing and advertising
We do not sell personal information. We do not use ItemMap content for third-party advertising. Information is shared only with service providers as needed to operate ItemMap, when you intentionally create a public sharing link, or when required by law.
Retention and deletion
We retain account information and user content while your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may delete individual records in ItemMap. To request account and associated-data deletion, contact us using the address below.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. Information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.
Children
ItemMap is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below that age.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as ItemMap changes. The effective date above will be revised when material updates are published.

ItemMap は、カテゴリ、単語、関連情報、マインドマップを整理するためのサービスです。本ポリシーでは、Web 版および iOS 版 ItemMap における情報の取扱いについて説明します。
取り扱う情報
- メールアドレス、表示名、ユーザー ID、ログインプロバイダーなどのアカウント情報
- カテゴリ、単語、説明、関連付け、マインドマップなど、ユーザーが作成した内容
- 有料機能を提供するために必要な購読・購入状況（カード番号全体を ItemMap が取得することはありません）
- サービスの運用、保護、不具合調査に必要な限定的な技術情報およびセキュリティ情報
利用目的
本人認証、データの保存・同期、機能提供、購読管理、不正利用防止、セキュリティ維持、お問い合わせ対応のために情報を利用します。
外部サービス
認証とデータ保存に Supabase、ログインに Apple と Google、アプリ内課金に Apple、対象となる Web 決済に Stripe、ホスティングに Vercel または Cloudflare を利用する場合があります。
第三者提供と広告
個人情報を販売しません。ItemMap 内のデータを第三者広告に利用しません。サービス運営に必要な委託先、ユーザー自身が公開リンクを作成した場合、または法令上必要な場合を除き、情報を共有しません。
保存期間と削除
アカウントが有効な間、またはサービス提供・法的義務に必要な期間、情報を保持します。個別データは ItemMap 内で削除できます。アカウントおよび関連データの削除依頼は、下記連絡先までご連絡ください。
安全管理・国外処理・児童
合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。情報は、適切な保護措置のもと、委託先が所在する国で処理される場合があります。ItemMap は 13 歳未満、または各地域の法令で定められた最低年齢未満の児童を対象としていません。
変更とお問い合わせ
本ポリシーを変更する場合、上記の施行日を更新します。

安全、跨境处理与儿童
我们采取合理的技术和组织措施保护信息。信息可能在服务提供商运营所在的国家或地区处理，并适用相应保护措施。ItemMap 不面向 13 岁以下或当地法律规定最低年龄以下的儿童。

ItemMap 功能变化时，我们可能更新本政策，并修改上方的生效日期。
